#5: Transform

Reality is flexible. It tricks your intentions and surprises your expectations. But what happens when you start suprising your reality back? Experiment with pushing given options towards new directions, start stirring up the patterns of everyday life. What new possibilities will emerge, and how?

An act of beauty changes the surroundings excitingly: It’s like being in love!

But when exactly does a slight alteration add up to a transformation? And what transformation would you like to achieve? In a pile of plastic surgery, burning barricades and convertable robots you might find the transformation that you did not know you wanted. Why not pick the pieces to create your own reality the way you like it best?

Send in reports from transformative creative acts, favourite utopias and with a short-cut to get there, or crazy art work, interviews and poems before the first of January 2009 to editor@creativeacts.org.
